De Dietrich joins the shareholding as an industrial partner. The alliance opens the way to industrialisation projects and the ChemPocket micro-factories.

Philippe Robin — President, co-founder. An ENSIC-FITI engineer, he held operational positions in major chemical groups then management roles in France and the United States, where he led large-scale technology projects and drove transformation initiatives. His conviction: new technologies will transform the chemical industry.
Alexandrine Zelazo — Administrative Director, co-founder. After much of her career in the medical sector, in hospitals then running her own private nursing practice, she joined the Alysophil venture to structure and lead its administrative management.
Luc Brunet — Co-founder in charge of R&D. Passionate about new technologies and their hybridisation, he led industrial R&D teams then a cluster of companies in the field of risk management, before founding R&D Médiation in 2014 to take part in the rise of deeptech. As a co-founder of Alysophil, he works to integrate breakthrough technologies, and artificial intelligence in particular, into processes and chemistry. He shares the conviction that our era has much in common with the Renaissance and that we should adopt its mindset.
Jean-Marin Brunet — Chief Operating Officer. A geologist by training and an entrepreneur, he joined Alysophil in 2019 as an R&D engineer in artificial intelligence, before moving into operations management, where he now oversees technical, scientific and industrial activity, from client relations to project industrialisation.
Bogdan Penkovsky — R&D Director. A PhD in optics and photonics and a former CNRS researcher, a specialist in neural networks and low-power embedded computing, he leads Alysophil's R&D, where he notably steers work on applied quantum computing and the development of AlchemDrive, the AI equipment-control solution.
Jacques Jacquet — Adviser to the President, co-founder. A graduate of IAE Orléans, he devoted his career to promoting industrial innovation: the University of Orléans innovation centre in 1987, a research centre on electric and hybrid vehicles in Poitiers in 1998 as part of a French-Quebec cooperation, a technology hub dedicated to high-purity magnesium alloys. Alongside Philippe Robin, he has helped shape Alysophil's strategy since its founding.
Vincent Gardon — Operations Adviser. A DEA in chemistry and a master's in management. After starting in pharmaceutical R&D in Basel, he moved into industrial production and held operational management roles up to plant director, in mid-sized structures as well as international groups. With 28 years in industrial chemistry, he has led reorganisation, technology-conversion and business-development projects.
De Dietrich is an Alsatian equipment manufacturer with a long industrial heritage, a world leader in the design and manufacture of process equipment and systems for the chemical, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical industries. The group has 25 sites and more than 1,300 employees worldwide.
In 2023, De Dietrich became a shareholder in Alysophil as an industrial partner. The alliance is complementary: Alysophil brings continuous flow chemistry, artificial intelligence and laboratory work; De Dietrich brings its engineering and industrialisation capacity as well as its commercial strength. The two partners collaborate in particular on the ChemPocket micro-factories and industrialisation projects.
The chemical industry faces a triple requirement: producing molecules that remain necessary, drastically reducing its footprint and relocating strategic production.
We believe the answer is not to produce less, but to produce differently: smaller, safer, leaner, smarter units, as close as possible to needs. That is the purpose of our technology chain, from AlchemAI to ChemPocket.
Alysophil is based in Strasbourg, at the heart of the Rhine chemical basin, on the Guy Ourisson Research Campus.
The company maintains close ties with the regional ecosystem: it is a partner of the "Chemistry & AI" major at ECPM (European School of Chemistry, Polymers and Materials at the University of Strasbourg) and, since 2025, co-runs the joint laboratory ActivIAflow with the Charles Sadron Institute (CNRS), dedicated to combining flow chemistry and artificial intelligence. Incubated by SEMIA, Alysophil is a member of the BioValley France competitiveness cluster, in a region supported by the Grand Est Region.
