Alysophil SAS attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
The data controller is Alysophil SAS, 16 rue d'Ankara, 67000 Strasbourg, France. For any question regarding your personal data, you may contact our data protection officer at dpo@alysophil.com.
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, company, business email address, phone number (optional), sector of activity, nature of your need and the content of your message.
The site uses no cookies, no trackers and no audience-measurement tools. No browsing data is collected for advertising or statistical purposes.
The form data is processed solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to follow up on any resulting business relationship. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Alysophil SAS in responding to the enquiries it receives, as well as, where applicable, the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Your data is intended solely for the Alysophil SAS teams handling your request. It is neither sold, transferred, nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
The site and the processing of forms are operated via Netlify, Inc., a provider whose infrastructure may involve the transfer and storage of data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Data from a contact request is kept for a period of three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies or an ongoing contractual relationship exists.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as a right to portability.
You can exercise these rights by writing to dpo@alysophil.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.
This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in regulation. The version in force is the one published on this page.
